Our insulated covers can be used externally as we would manufacture using a waterproof outer fabric to protect against weathering. The insulated cover would still keep its thermal insulation and personal protection properties.
For steam temperatures up to 220°C, we would use a silicone proofed glass cloth fabric inner and outer with a high density mineral wool insulation. For temperatures exceeding 220°C, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Our range of high temperature covers are suitable up to 1000°C using high quality British standard fabrics and insulation such as ceramic fibre and silica mattress.
