Our manufacturing facility can cope with projects of any size and work towards a quick delivery turnaround. With our quality control and procedures, we ensure that our insulated covers are manufactured to the highest standard and with full traceability.
Our insulation covers are manufactured using different material specifications based on the operating temperatures and environment of the applications. All materials used are to British Standard.
For running temperatures up to 220°C, our standard insulated covers would consist of grey silicone glass cloth fabric inner and outer, 25mm or 50mm mineral wool insulation and Velcro and drawcord fastenings.
Variations are available according to customer requirements, these include:
- Inner and Outer fabric eg. PVC for use if external
- Insulation material and thickness
- Fastenings eg. Straps and D rings to secure
- Colour eg. if needed to match cladding
For running temperatures up to 1000°C, our standard high temperature covers would consist of PU Silica Cloth Inner, stainless steel mesh sewn onto inner face, PU glass cloth outer, 50mm ceramic fibre insulation, stainless steel lacing hooks and springs for securing, coupled with stainless steel sewing thread.
